Looking to be a better, more service-oriented chamber without stressing a tight budget, PACC selected Insivia's ChamberLife software because it is user-friendly and multifunctional.

'Considering the capabilities you get, from saving time on administrative work to new revenue streams very easily exploited, along with customized service, there isn't a better value,'says Pell.  She cites the directory, once losing $2000-4000 annually.  Now electronic and updated by members, it brings in additional revenue through new advertising opportunities.  With an online newsletter, PACC has also saved more than $300 a month by substituting a short, monthly bulletin for their print newsletter.
